• Utility bills are mailed the 22nd of the month for the prior month usage.
• Utility bills are due by the 5th of the following month (mailed out March 22nd/due April 5th), however you are given until the 15th of the month (April 15th) to have your bill paid. Penalties will be added to your bill if not paid by the 5th due date.
• If 5th or 15th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until the next business day to have your bill paid (April 15 falls on Saturday, Monday, April 17 becomes the due date).
• Your bill can be paid with cash, check or debit/credit card:

- ​In person at the Town Hall, Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (cash, check or debit/credit card);
- Mailed to Town of Frankton, PO Box 286, Frankton, IN 46044 (check);
- After hours drop-box on the front of the Town Hall (cash or check);
- Via calling the Town Hall (debit/credit card only);
- Through your bank's online bill pay, if available;
